Visitor, meet things I have done. Things I've done meets visitor.
Here you can find an extract of my achievements and games I worked on, some detailed, some mentioned.
Lost Records: Bloom & Rage
Working on Lost Records: Bloom & Rage was a year and half long campaign, on a narrative game where we could show nothing to avoid spoilers. I would be happy to talk about it in length in any interview, but in the meantime, you can see the conference I did at Game Camp 2025.
Conqueror’s Blade
On Conqueror's Blade, I was in charge of taking over a team left without a coordinator for several months. As the direct manager, I worked on bringing the existing community managers up to speed, creating a team spirit, setting numerical objectives, and pushing awareness of expected results. I reviewed all the old processes and habits to get Conqueror's Blade out of boring and repetitive communication.
I then participated in expanding the team by finding and meeting future candidates to build a team with a synergy of talents and abilities.
I helped create communication strategies for the launch of six different seasons over two years. I managed the creation and implementation of more than a dozen events, developed streaming, defined the community managers as individual brands for the players, checked the quality of each post published on each of our platforms and set up tracking systems for our KPIs using 1link.
Under my leadership, Conqueror's Blade has increased its Twitch followers by 180%, its Twitter followers by 30%, launched Tik Tok and ensured an average engagement rate of 6% across all our Facebook pages in all seven available languages.
Skyforge
April’s fool - Skyforge as a board game
As a community manager and then as community coordinator on Skyforge, my tasks were focused on players, influencers and community event creation.
Skyforge was at the end of its life cycle when I arrived on the project, and most of our events had to be social, on our platforms.
To keep the community interested, I invested heavily in videos by filming in-game and inviting players to meet me as a community manager in in-game places.
With carte blanche from the production and the brand manager, I performed numerous stunts, from suddenly rebranding our social networks to simulate demonic possession of the community managers to pranking the press into thinking we were releasing a board game.
Finally, I participated and attended the porting and launch of Skyforge on Switch.
While the game was slowly losing players, I managed to still grow our social media every month. After a year, players were actively following our social media for the added content, puzzle and relationship with community managers.
I had just started with the Gael Association, and we were preparing for Pink October. My manager had just asked me to come up with an idea, and I was brainstorming with the other team members.
When suddenly - what if we put a pink bra on the most giant statue in town? The most visible one in the whole city, sell tote bags with the design and give all funds to research.
I worked hard to put this event together for the next few months, the mayor came to inaugurate it in person.
My implication went from discussing the budget with the town hall, designing the posters, contacting a design school, measuring the statue, and making the tote bags.
From time to time, people I meet at parties still refer to it and are surprised to know that I was behind this event.
